The Objects or Charitable Purposes of Dominion Over Poverty (DOP) are:

a. The relief and prevention of poverty, however cause;

b. To promote financial stewardship, especially among the poor, through Christian Churches and other Christian faith-based organisations.

DOP Stewardship Programme teaches financial management (stewardship) to ordinary people in communities throughout Barbados.

DOP Stewardship Programme sessions are supported by churches and other faith-based community organisations.

DOP Stewardship Programme emphasises budgeting.

DOP Stewardship Programme is delivered using both paper and e-book workbooks formats.
